1. Research Use Only (RUO)

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you:

Catalog names, codes, purity figures, and certificates of analysis are provided for identification and quality documentation of research materials only. They are not instructions for use in humans or animals and do not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or dosing advice.

4. Trademarks and identifiers

Product titles on this site use internal technical research codes. Any third-party trademarks, brand names, or proprietary designations remain the property of their respective owners. Omni Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of such marks. Reference to a chemical class or research analog does not imply equivalence to any approved drug product.

5. Orders, payment, and shipping

Orders are wholesale research sales. Payment is by Bitcoin to the unique deposit address issued at checkout. Risk of loss passes upon shipment to the carrier. You are responsible for import, customs, and any local restrictions in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears destined for non-research use.
